Fourth Suit Forcing To Game "Please describe your hand further" East has shownfive Hearts and four Clubs. When asked the question what is their best bid? 2 ♠ should show three Spades or two very good Spades. That makes it easy forpartner who can now play in 4 ♠ as opposed to the doomed 3 NT. NB: when using 4th suit forcing remember partner may not have the cards to makethe perfect call but will do the best they can to describe their hand more.
